The claymore, the great two-handed sword of the Highland warrior, and the targe his decorative shield, are captured in bold relief on this traditional kilt buckle. Together, they evoke the fierce fighting spirit of the clans. Made from solid 100% lead-free pewter, measuring 10cm by 6.8cm, and designed for standard 2 ¼” kilt belts. Available in plain pewter or antique silver. Hand-cast in our Glasgow workshop. A powerful symbol of Highland strength and heritage.

The Claymore & Targe Belt Buckle brings together two enduring symbols of the Highland warrior: the great two-handed sword and the decorated shield. Both are rendered in bold relief to create a strong traditional centrepiece.

The buckle is hand-cast in our Glasgow workshop from solid lead-free pewter.
