Scottish making, start to finish. From clan tools and tailoring to bespoke pipe band accessories, we design, 3D model, and manufacture everything in our Glasgow workshops.

We design and manufacture bespoke cap badges, kilt pins, and engraved fittings for pipe bands across the world. Our in‑house process begins with a vector drawing, evolves into a fully rendered 3D model, then moves to rapid printing and final production all under one roof in Glasgow. Whether you need a single prototype or a full band set, we turn your crest, logo, or idea into durable, wearable Scottish craftsmanship.

Design Process

Every custom design begins as a precise vector drawing, ensuring clean lines, accurate proportions, and a scalable foundation for any accessory from cap badges to kilt pins.

We build the vector into a detailed 3D model, refining contours and depth. This digital blueprint captures every curve, crest, and corner before a single piece of material is touched.

A photorealistic rendering lets you see exactly how the final piece will look. Once approved, we 3D print a master pattern – ready for mould making or direct finishing.

The final stage: casting, laser etching, engraving, polishing, and hand finishing. Your design becomes a durable, wearable piece of Scottish craftsmanship, made in our Glasgow workshops.

CLAN CENTRAL

The portal to an unrivalled range of resources on Scottish heritage and dress. Over time, these will be expanded and updated.
