FAQs

We are a Scottish manufacturer of authentic Highland wear, clan crest products, and traditional gifts. We make the items we sell from kilts and jackets to pewter castings and laser‑engraved accessories all in our Glasgow workshops.

No. This site is a product brochure and information hub for existing clients and anyone interested in Scottish craftsmanship. You can see our latest products, request a quote, or contact our sales team to place an order. We do not operate an online checkout.

Existing customers (to see new products and updates) and potential clients who want to learn about our making process, request bespoke designs, or order standard Highland wear items without the clutter of an online shop.

Every core item is made in our two Glasgow factories. We have dedicated workshops for tailoring, pewter casting, leatherwork, wood turning, metal casting, design (CAD/3D printing), and dispatch.

Yes. Our in‑house design team works from your sketch or idea – vector drawing → 3D model → rendering → 3D printing → production. This includes pipe band badges and clan crest variations.

We provide a simple measurement guide (downloadable from our website). You will need a fabric tape measure and a helper. The key measurements are:

Waist – around the narrowest part of your torso (where the kilt will sit, usually above the hip bones).

Seat (hips) – around the widest part of your buttocks.

Length – from your waist down to the middle of your kneecap (while seated or standing straight).

Fell (hip to waist drop) – we calculate this from waist and seat measurements.

Yes, if you provide your original order number or the measurements we have on file, we can reproduce the same size.
